Welcome to Fizzy Sky Terms & Conditions.  By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions as set out below.

PRICING POLICY

All products are priced in UK Pound Sterling and inclusive of VAT.

The price on your order will be validated by us at the time of your order and is part of our order acceptance procedure.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are as accurate as possible.  All dimensions and sizes are approximate and are included for guidance only.  While every effort is made to ensure accuracy of colour representation colour may vary in accordance of the setting of your monitor, software or printer.

It is inevitable in an open market like the Internet that there will be some individuals selling some items cheaper than we do, and some selling them for more than we do, just as in the high street.  We take great pride in offering a fast, efficient, friendly and secure shopping experience, with great products at fair prices.  We encourage our customers to shop around, but are very pleased to welcome them back again and again.

We do not price match with Ebay or other auction sellers as the auction process means that it is not possible to identify a fairly comparative price match.

We do our best to ensure that prices displayed are correct.  Should a pricing error occur we will inform you on acceptance of your order.  If the price quoted is greater than that advertised you will be offered the option to either proceed with your order or cancel.

HOW TO ORDER

Online - Follow the easy steps on our safe and secure website

Telephone - Call us on 01920 - 872476.  The line is open Monday to Saturday 10 - 5pm except Bank Holidays.

PAYMENT

Payment may be made by credit card, debit card or cheque.

Payments may be made online through our secure payments system or over the phone.

For your protection we will make a number of checks on your card before processing the payment.  These will include the address where the card is registered, a contact telephone number, the name as it appears on the card and the security code on the back.

Cheques are accepted and will be cleared before products are despatched.  Please send your order with your cheque to our address in the Contact Us page.

DELIVERIES

Your payment will process at the time of placing the order.  Orders are usually despatched within 5 working days of receiving the order subject to availability.

If your order is urgent please email us at sales@fizzysky.co.uk quoting your confirmation number and we will endeavour to deal with it as quickly and efficiently as possible.

All delivery prices quoted include delivery to the UK mainland between 08:00 - 17:30 Monday - Friday.  There will be an additional charge for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands around the UK.  When this happens we will contact you and agree charges before dispatching your goods.

Orders that are placed Monday to Friday and received before 12pm will be processed on the same day that the order is received.  Orders received after 12pm will be processed at the earliest opportunity.

Orders that are received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please ensure that all delivery and personal details given are correctly entered when ordering, including an accurate postcode and contact telephone number.  It is important that we are able to get in touch with you should there be any issue with your delivery.

DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE

A signature will be required on delivery so please ensure that there will be someone who can sign for the package at the delivery address.

If you have any specific requirements for delivery i.e. to leave it with a neighbour who can sign on your behalf then please mention this on your order form.

If for any reason there is no-one available to sign for the package the courier will leave a card giving instructions on how to re-arrange delivery.  It is your responsibility to contact the courier in a timely manner.  However, there may be a charge for a second delivery.

Products will be deemed your responsibility once they have been received by you or left upon the collection of a signed note.  Any loss or damage to goods shall be then at your own risk.

It is the responsibility of the person receiving the goods to check that all packages are counted and checked for damage.  If any packaging is damaged please check the contents are intact.  Please note any damages on the delivery note before signing for the goods.

Please notify our Customer Services Dept of any damage either by letter or by email within 5 working days of delivery.  Our address and email are both available on our Contact Us Page.

The courier company we use are Fastway Couriers who are extremely efficient, polite and helpful so please do not hesitate to contact them should you have any queries regarding your delivery.

If a package is returned to us because it has not been collected or the courier has not been contacted we will only refund the amount of the order less all packaging and delivery costs.  Packages sent by courier will incur both an outward and return delivery charge.  The additional charge for a returned package by courier is £7.95.

AVAILABILITY

We endeavour to ensure that all products displayed are available and in stock for delivery within 5 working days.  However, from time to time a product may become unavailable.  If non-availability is for a period greater than 5 days we will display details on our site or remove the product from sale.

If you have ordered a product that subsequently becomes unavailable we will inform you, and offer the choice of a substitute product or the cancellation of your order.  If payment has been made it will be reimbursed in full.

 

28 Day No Quibble Guarantee

Our returns policy is simple!  Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've changed your mind you must return any delivered products you have purchased within 28 days of delivery.  Goods returned must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. 

If you are returning a product for any reason other than a delivery note signed for damage or manufacturers defect, you must pay the costs of returning the products. Whilst we can arrange for our Couriers to collect the goods from you, the customer must pay for the cost for this.

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.

Any damages on receipt must be noted on the delivery note.

RETURNING A GIFT:
We are happy to exchange faulty, or defective products that have been sent as a gift. If you are returning an item but would like to exchange it for something else and you're not sure what, we are happy to issue a gift voucher for the value of the item you are returning.  If a refund is required however, please note that refunds of the purchase price for the items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.

REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS & EXCHANGES
Fizzy Sky usually processes refunds, replacements or exchanges within 5 working days of receipt of the refund item(s).  Any refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.

Please note, in all instances Fizzy Sky shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited or lost profits or other economic or commercial losses, this warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
Fizzy Sky takes its relationship with customers very seriously, and we expend a great deal of effort ensuring that we keep you happy.  We aim to reply to emails within two working days of receipt, whether they're enquiries or, heaven forbid, complaints.
