Can I pre-order an item that is out of stock?
At this time we are not taking pre-orders on out of stock items, unless specifically stated on the product page.

Why am I unable to add a product to my shopping cart?
As soon as one of our products goes out of stock it is unable to be added to your shopping cart until it is back in stock.  That way you can be sure that if you order something…. we have it ready to ship out to you.

Why is the courier charge so expensive to my area?
It’s what our courier firm charges us (we do not profit in any way from these charges), and we prefer to use a reputable and reliable service where orders are insured and can be tracked and are delivered safely & on time.

Can I arrange a specific date for delivery of my order?
Yes you can, but you need to call us before you place your order.  Simply call our Customer Support Team on 01920 – 872476.

I haven’t received my order – what happens next?
If you have not received your order please contact our Customer Support Team on 01920 – 872476 or email us at sales@fizzysky.co.uk where we will investigate immediately.

I’ve had a change of heart and no longer want my stuff – how do I return an unwanted item?
We understand that there are times when you receive items and decide that you no longer want them.  In this instance, UNWANTED GOODS have to be returned within 28 days of delivery.  Goods must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you.  Please see our Terms & Conditions for delivering items back to Fizzy Sky.

I’ve received the wrong item – what do I do next?
If we have inadvertently sent you the wrong item, our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.  Please call our Customer Support Team on 01920 – 872476 regarding the return of the wrong item and despatch of the correct one.  Alternatively if it is more convenient you can email us at sales@fizzysky.co.uk.

I’ve found an item cheaper on another site – do you price match?

It is inevitable in an open market like the Internet that there will be some individuals selling some items cheaper than we do, and some selling them for more than we do, just as in the high street.  We take great pride offering a fast, efficient, friendly & secure shopping experience, with great products at fair prices.  We encourage our customers to shop around, but are very pleased to welcome them back again and again.
